By accessing or using Kankan Chinese ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Provider

This Service is provided by Nanjing Zhijing Trading Co., Ltd. (南京智引贸易有限公司), a company organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Our registered address is in China, and you may contact us at nihao@kankanchinese.com.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Service Tiers and Subscription Terms

The Service offers lifetime access for a one-time payment of $14.99. This provides complete access to all HSK levels (1-6), all features, and all future updates.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for lifetime access purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful purposes or attempt to scrape, download, or systematically extract data from the Service. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, share your account credentials with others, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The character network, relationships, visual representations, and all other content provided through the Service are proprietary to Kankan Chinese and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, license, or commercialize any content from the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect only essential information necessary to provide the Service, including your email address and password. We may use analytics tools and similar technologies to improve the Service and understand user behavior. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. 8. Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive to maintain high availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China.
