You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
The Service is offered in both free and premium tiers. The free tier provides access to HSK 2.0 Level 1 characters and basic features without payment. The premium tier offers expanded access to HSK 2.0 Levels 2-6, advanced features, and additional functionality.
Premium subscriptions are available at the following rates: monthly subscription at $4.99 per month, annual subscription at $49.99 per year, and lifetime access at $99.99 as a one-time payment. New premium subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and such cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any subscription fees, whether for monthly, annual, or lifetime subscriptions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service for any unlawful purposes or attempt to scrape, download, or systematically extract data from the Service. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, share your account credentials with others, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
The character network, relationships, visual representations, and all other content provided through the Service are proprietary to Kankan Chinese and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, license, or commercialize any content from the Service without our express written permission.
We collect only essential information necessary to provide the Service, including your email address and password. We may use analytics tools and similar technologies to improve the Service and understand user behavior. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. While we strive to maintain high availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Nanjing Zhijing Trading Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nanjing Zhijing Trading Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, though you may continue to access free tier features subject to these Terms. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nanjing Zhijing Trading Co., Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
